Returns and Exchange Policy
We want nothing but our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. With that, we do allow our customers to return and exchange items.
IF your Loskop item is faulty from our side, we will make a plan to repair or replace your item. However - we will refuse to repair or replace your item if you have not followed our garment care instructions (which can be found in the garment label).

The conditions for the above are as follows:
For all exchanges, items must be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of receiving the items. Items can also be dropped off at our studio in Cape town for return/refunds.
Your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging, with the swing ticket attached and in the same condition that you received it. You must not have worn or washed the item.
Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility. Unfortunately, shopping online is tricky sometimes and this is one of the logistical issues we have as a small business in SA. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your parcel.
NB - if you are exchanging an item your specific size or colour may not be available to ship immediately - as most of our items are produced on a pre-order basis (we are a small business, please be kind to us)!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - in the case of an international return, please email us about the correct address to return it to. SUPER IMPORTANT : customers are responsible for paying the import duties & taxes of their parcels. Loskop will not be held responsible for these fees and it is the customer's own duty to find out what their destination country charges beforehand.
Non-returnable/exchangeable items:
- Sale items - only regular priced items may be exchanged.
