Returns and Exchange Policy
We want nothing but our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. With that, we do allow our customers to return and exchange items.
IF your Loskop item is faulty from our side, we will make a plan to repair or replace your item. However, we refuse to repair or replace your item if you did not follow our care instructions.

The conditions for the above are as follows:
For all exchanges, items must be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of receiving the items. Items can also be dropped off at our studio in Cape town for return/refunds.
Your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging, with the swing ticket attached and in the same condition that you received it. You must not have worn or washed the item.
Shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility. Unfortunately, shopping online is tricky sometimes and this is one of the logistical issues we have as a small business in SA. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your parcel.
NB - if you are exchanging an item your specific size or colour may not be available to ship immediately - as everything is made on a pre-order basis and we don't keep any extra stock (You will have to wait a minimum of a week for your new item to be made up).
- Sale items - only regular priced items may be exchanged.
